About The Position

ASSOCIATION COORDINATOR GENERAL SUMMARY The Association Coordinator provides support for projects within various functional areas including but not limited to operations, membership, event and registration management. This position reports to Association Director. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Association Management Demonstrate exceptional customer service through timely and professional interactions and attentive detail in handling requests. Provide administrative and project support to the client teams. Support the overall goals and objectives of the associations through additional responsibilities as required. Provide input into client and Association Management operations, processes, procedures, and policies. Membership Handle member inquiries and requests serving as a primary contact for a client’s phone, email, and on-line membership presence. Maintain the membership database and ensure the accuracy of its content. Manage the member renewal and recruitment processes, communications, and reporting. Maintain membership files and ensure all payments are received, processed, and reconciled. Provide membership analytics for board and committees. Support Association Membership Committee. Event and Registration Management Maintain and support web-based event and registration systems. Maintain registration history documentation and compile registration reports for each event. Use association management software to compile invoices and finalize database wrap-up. Support registration efforts prior to and onsite for annual conference. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with association management systems (AMS), event registration platforms, and/or website content management tools.
  • 2 years of professional experience in customer service and data management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce for data entry, reporting, and management.
  • Excellent computer literacy and database management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
