About The Position

The Associate position at California Chicken Café involves preparing the company's famous scratch-made menu items accurately and efficiently. This role requires maintaining a positive and friendly work environment, adhering to company core values, and ensuring food orders are made and packaged correctly. Associates will use various appliances for food preparation, store and label foods according to health regulations, and maintain a clean, sanitized, and properly stocked restaurant. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire
Speak, read, and write English fluently
Passionate about food and hospitality
Friendly, upbeat, and cooperative
Must enjoy and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Must pass Food Handler course and test in compliance with California state law requirements
Fully documented to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

1+ years of previous restaurant experience preferred
