About The Position

Working under the direction of the Director and Regional Strategy Lead (VP), you will help translate strategy into execution—establishing governance routines, improving data quality and lineage, and enabling automation and AI. Assist in implementing governance frameworks and control routines aligned to firmwide standards. Support the Opportunities Backlog by documenting requirements, value hypotheses, status, and risks. Contribute to data quality and lineage activities; help monitor KPIs and prepare stakeholder reporting. Partner with Silo Data Leads and RTech on assigned deliverables; reuse patterns and templates to accelerate execution. Participate in training and tool adoption (DataZone, Collibra, MS Maps, Snowflake); promote data literacy within teams. Intermediate: Risk Management & Control; Business Knowledge & Expertise; Communication. Foundational to Intermediate: Analysis, Collaboration, Adaptability. Salary range for the position: $51,000 and $83,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
