About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level associate (3+ years of experience) to help support our growing, world-class Technology Transactions practice. Fenwick’s Technology Transactions practice handles complex, innovative technology transactions for some of the most prominent and startup technology, digital media, consumer technology in the United States and internationally. Our practice works closely with our Corporate Group, which is also consistently ranked as one of the top startup, IPO and M&A practices for technology and life sciences in the United States and internationally. The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience, a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, experience in complex commercial transactions of all varieties for both earlier stage and later stage/public technology companies and be able to advise on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required. We are hiring in New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Santa Monica. Requirements

substantial law firm experience
