About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily distribution center activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and value-added services. This role operates within an automation-enabled warehouse environment and ensures compliance with retailer and system requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
• Exposure to automation systems (AutoStore, sortation) preferred
• Basic understanding of retailer compliance requirements
• Familiarity with WMS transactions
• SAP knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound RFID shipments and verify against ASN/PO documentation
• Perform putaway and bin transfers in WMS (Manhattan SCALE or similar)
• Pick, pack, and label orders according to retailer and compliance requirements
• Support automated systems (AutoStore, sortation) as assigned
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
• Follow retailer routing guides (Walmart OTIF, Walgreens Ulta, CVS, Beauty supplies)
