Position Summary About the Role The Associate VIP Services Associate is responsible for working in social gaming (retaining, reactivating VIP Players). Developing new VIP customers, increasing player lifetime value, and revenue contribution for assigned VIP customers. Key objective is to manage the VIP player base with corresponding revenues as directed by VIP Team Manager. Proactive outbound communication is essential in this role to grow players.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for cultivating and developing relationships and serves as a trusted consultant to our most financially invested and players in the VIP base by reaching at least 100 contacts a day via phone/email/SMS.
  • Instrumental in delivering Player feedback and players sentiment for studios to build out VIP driven features to drive higher revenue
  • Serve as a SciPlay game portfolio expert and act as a liaison between our highest value players and each studio to resolve bugs and maintain retention of their designated VIP base
  • When required support VIP Team Manager and/or VIP Experience Manager with VIP Events.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service by leveraging a highly consultative + quantitative approach.
  • Possess effective communication and presentation skills; ability to connect and reconnect VIP base through high-level relationship building with their dedicated base.
  • Weekly Meeting with VIP team Manager, VIP Experience Manager and Retention Manager to provide VIP's feedback and to help to better strategize weekly and outreaches. Ideation, gifting strategies, content, etc.
  • Pro-actively make outbound calls to clients providing them with information and promotional opportunities as required
