What you'll do: Partner with the Video Director to shape and execute the vision and strategy for all video projects at Lakepointe Lead and develop Video Producers through the full production process Collaborate with Creative, Communications, and ministry teams to meet video needs Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling standard aligned with the Lakepointe brand Manage video gear, equipment inventory, and studio organization Stay current with video trends and emerging technology Oversee digital media organization and archive systems (Active NAS and backup systems)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in video production or creative media
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including advanced motion design and compositing workflows
  • Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating custom animation, kinetic typography, and brand-driven visual systems
  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, and/or TouchDesigner for 3D animation and visual environments
  • Expert-level understanding of audio mixing and mastering for video and broadcast standards
  • Strong musical instinct with the ability to edit music, manipulate stems, craft remixes, and build cinematic sound design
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
  • Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery
  • Strong organization within shared storage environments (SAN, ODA, or similar systems)
