Job title: Associate Vice President Job Description: Education: Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree. Experience: 12-18 Years Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in one or more data analytic programming languages Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in data science tools and techniques Understanding of machine learning concepts Ability to work with a diverse cross-functional team Ability to create and maintain documentation for data science processes. Leadership and project management skills - In-depth knowledge of advanced data science methods. Proficiency in multiple programming languages. Preferred Skills: Experience with leading and influencing technical teams in data science In-depth knowledge of emerging data science technologies Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Mentorship and coaching abilities Familiarity with Advance Data science and analytics practices Strong understanding of security principles. Roles & Responsibilities: Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the organization in data science. Make critical technology decisions with long-term impact in data science. Lead the development and evolution of technical standards in data science. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives in data science. Mentor and guide senior technical leaders in the data science domain. Align data science technology with business goals at an organizational level.
