The Associate Vice President (AVP) supervises and coordinates the Parkville Admissions team, the Gilbert, AZ admissions team and Access to Education activities. The AVP has direct oversight of the Parkville and Gilbert recruitment and admission activities, working collaboratively with various subsets of the University in realizing enrollment goals and the resultant desired tuition revenue. This position provides direction on policies and procedures associated with the admissions process, as well as managing and directing recruitment travel and assisting with the design of outbound communications for the target audience. The AVP serves as the primary relationship builder and strategic communicator for prospective students and families, creating exceptional visitor experiences that showcase Park University and convert interest into application and enrollment. In addition, this position assists the VP in evaluating and synthesizing enrollment-related data that guides the planning and development of comprehensive plans to attract a high-quality applicant pool and meet enrollment targets aligned with the Student Success and Enrollment Growth Plan.
