Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and work across departments. Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, engineering processes, and business dynamics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information for senior executives, in verbal, written and presentation modes. Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
