We offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, structured based on experience and individual priorities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility for DEA/BNDD licensure
- Prior clinical experience required
- Vet with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care by examining, diagnosing, and treating companion animals
- Confidently utilize diagnostics, collect and interpret samples, and develop effective treatment plans
- Perform surgical procedures independently and practice sound medical judgment
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Support clients through end-of-life care discussions with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records
- Practice medicine in alignment with hospital protocols, ethical standards, and best practices
