About The Position

The Associate within U.S. CFO Productivity & Efficiency group will support driving multiple US strategic initiatives across the US CFO organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or Liberal Arts.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
  • Independently run workstreams, self-starter and takes initiative.
  • Process-oriented with great documentation skills.
  • Detailed oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operations.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs.
  • Capability to manage complex business requirements and to coordinate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior transformation project or large program experience preferred
  • Prior experience preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office
  • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses

Responsibilities

  • Drive and contribute to key strategic initiatives and transformation projects
  • Drive interactions with various groups across all lines of defense and streamline current processes.
  • Partner across functions, such as Regulatory Reporting, Controllers, Treasury and FP&A, to identify the impact and support the adoption of each initiative
  • Communicate key messages and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Provide thought leadership and work independently, while demonstrating strong attention to details.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
