About The Position

In this role, you will work in the Treasury Banking and Operations department. ADP'S Treasury Banking Operations group works with business units throughout ADP, along with banks and other financial organizations to manage money movement and accounting of client funds for all US based money movement. As an Associate Treasury Analyst, you will monitor and execute the movement of funds to ensure all funding/payments for wires, ACH, and check disbursements are made accurately and timely. You will collaborate closely with team members as well as internal and external partners to support daily cash positioning and ensure idle cash and overdrafts are minimized. The Associate Treasury Analyst could rotate and support various functions within Treasury Banking Operations to strengthen the individual's knowledge of the entire operation. To thrive in this role, you will need to be resourceful, ask questions and execute with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style should be clear and easy for our partners to understand and take action on.

Requirements

  • Prior Banking/Treasury experience
  • High accuracy rate
  • Have an understanding of accounting principles, or banking background with ACH and wire processing.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive, professional interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to multitask between functions while meeting deadlines and keeping partners updated with regular communication.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as standard shifts could change to support the business needs or through a functional rotation, project or weekend system testing.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Legacy and SAP applications.
  • Experience working in a treasury, banking, or cash management function.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate transaction processing. You will monitor and execute movement of funds for multiple accounts and process transactions timely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal/external partners: You will communicate and collaborate with your team members, as well as other internal and external partners to support day-to-day cash management operations.
  • Review and analyze various reports and system screens to monitor bank balances, overdrafts and create next-day forecasts.
  • Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills with respect to current and future job requirements, standard operating procedures, and ADP products.
  • Organize. You will organize your work and meet all deadlines.
