This role combines strategy and execution, creating high-impact, customized training solutions that build the knowledge, skills, and mindset of our Endocrinology Commercial organization in support of our associates, customers, and growing portfolio of products. Partnering closely with franchise leadership and cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, medical affairs, and HR, the incumbent will develop and implement learning & development programs that cultivate the necessary talent and skills to achieve strategic long-term objectives across RRD’s Endocrinology portfolio. This role supports the full spectrum of Endocrinology learning needs, including, as priority commercial training, disease-state and product education, and secondly, function-appropriate development for Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Field Reimbursement, and Market Access.
