About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM), Endourology, is a developmental commercial role designed to build the next generation of Dornier MedTech sales leaders. This position supports the Territory Manager in driving revenue across laser systems, single-use fibers, and related urology products while developing the clinical, commercial, and territory management competencies required for promotion to a full Territory Manager role. This is an entry point for driven, high-potential individuals who are ready to earn their place in a competitive, clinical sales environment. You will be expected to learn fast, work hard, take ownership, and demonstrate the kind of accountability and grit that defines a Dornier sales professional. High performers in this role have a clear and accelerated path to territorial ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent achievement
  • Proven track record of achievement, resilience, and drive
  • Strong communication skills; able to build credibility with clinical stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organization and time management
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, CRM)
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% with valid driver’s license
  • Able to meet healthcare credentialing requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of sales, healthcare, or clinical experience (med device/pharma preferred)
  • Exposure to urology, surgical, or OR environments
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Comfortable in clinical/procedural settings
  • Passion for healthcare and continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Support the Territory Manager in achieving revenue goals and managing assigned accounts
  • Prospect and develop new business across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices
  • Execute daily sales activities, maintain CRM, and manage inventory
  • Build clinical and product knowledge; support training and case coverage in the OR
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and assist with demos and evaluations
  • Learn consultative selling and financial concepts (GPOs, cost-per-case)
  • Participate in training, planning, and performance development
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing, policies, and industry standards
