About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT professional to support and maintain the organization’s enterprise communications and information systems infrastructure. This role is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, delivering high-quality technical solutions, and ensuring system performance, reliability, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will document system interactions, evaluate the impact of changes, and conduct cost and traffic analyses to optimize resource utilization. This position involves managing multiple applications, networks, and IT systems, while troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. The role requires close collaboration with management, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives. Participation in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation is required, with each team member providing one week of on-call support at a time to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing IT related hardware
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Licenses, certificates, or registration A+ Certification, MTA, MCSA, MCSE
  • MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; and/or Microsoft Project
