Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
  • 1+ years of experience with PC operating systems
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service role
  • 1+ years of Technology Support experience
  • 1+ years of experience with MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds of computers or other IT equipment

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2, Desktop Support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop, laptop and tablet computers
  • Use AI tools such as Copilot to aide in troubleshooting as well as day to day meeting recaps and email generation
  • Use remote control tools to assist off-site users when needed
  • Configure, deliver, and install new computers and peripherals for new hires
  • Provide detailed and accurate documentation on incidents and service requests worked within ticket tracking system
  • Prioritize workload based on service level agreements
  • Act as a technical resource to others to resolve problems or issues
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions
  • Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
  • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
