Our teams are currently hiring across a wide range of Systems Engineering disciplines, including but not limited to: Systems Architecture & Definition Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation Systems Engineering Measurement & Controls Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health Flight Crew Operations Integration Human Factors & Ergonomics Operations / Systems Analysis Customer Engineering Crew Station Design & Integration Position Responsibilities: Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts Develop, document and maintain systems requirements according to customer desires and contract requirements Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications Analyze, translate and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements Coordination among other engineering disciplines to ensure technical rigor on IPT scope Participate in technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with certification standards Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties' quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success Support the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) managements, and technology readiness assessment processes This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options . Travel may be required; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret or Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements may be required for these positions
