About The Position

The Associate Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting Inventory and the Supply Chain Organization through data analysis and planning. Accountable for supporting the overall Supply Chain Planning process, including monitoring KPIs, data analysis, ERP/MRP system maintenance and planning, reporting maintenance, and support of the monthly S&OP process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Operations, or other related discipline required
• 0 - 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related area.
• Strong PC applications and software skills (i.e. MS Office including Excel, Access, Word and Power Point)
• Excellent analytical, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment building strong partnerships and driving sustainable results.

Nice To Haves

• ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports to aid Distribution, Inventory and Supply Chain activities.
• Performs system maintenance of inventory, supply plans, or item master data to ensure data referential integrity.
• Creates documentation for and conducts monthly meetings within Distribution and Supply Chain to support the monthly S&OP Process.
• Develops and maintains tools, processes, and metrics to facilitate analysis and execution of the Supply Chain and/or Distribution Activities
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
• Other duties as assigned.
