Associate Specialty and Retail Pharmacy In this role, you will provide analytical and operational support required for expansion of the outpatient specialty and retail pharmacies. Responsible for efficient and effective program performance by acting as the day-to-day resource for activities such as analytical/trending data and application of 340B regulations. Develops and cultivates internal and external collaborative relationships to support the program and assist in the optimization of retail and contract pharmacy programs. Reviews and reconciles 340B Contract Pharmacy invoices. Supports 340B audits as required. Provides data analysis for operational and decision-making aspects of the specialty and retail programs. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned. This position will be Monday- Friday (Day).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of specialty and retail practice experience
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Access
