In this vital role you will be responsible for executing experiments exploring and understanding the biology of drug targets, generating, communicating pharmacology and preclinical data to support the progression of research projects, and supporting therapeutic area scientists. A driven, pro-active, independent, and enthusiastic scientist who wants to contribute to cutting edge science and serve patients in a highly productive team environment

Requirements

  • Basic hands-on expertise in mouse handling and in vivo techniques
  • Strong understanding of Immunology and Inflammation biology and principles
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn and explore new areas of research
  • Advanced cell culture techniques such as primary cell and ex-vivo tissue assays
  • Hands-on experience in cellular, biochemical, histological, and molecular biology assay techniques
  • Hands-on experience with multicolor flow cytometry including spectral flow approaches
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, accurate & timely record keeping and data analysis are essential
  • Coordinating general lab organizations such as equipment maintenance
  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relative experience OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of relative experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of relative experience

Nice To Haves

  • PhD degree and post-doctoral training (or drug discovery experience) in the fields of Immunology, inflammation autoimmune disease, or related disciplines.
