About The Position
We are looking for an associate scientist to join our protein and cell engineering group. Our group's primary responsibilities include expression of recombinant proteins in mammalian cells, generation of engineered cell lines for target validation and assay development.
Requirements
- excellent hands-on molecular biology skills
- tissue culture experience
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Gibson/Seamless cloning
- Familiarity with cell based assays
- lenti/retroviral transduction
- use of CRISPR/Cas9 in genom
