About The Position

Join our team as an Associate Sales Support Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting platform adoption, streamlining business operations, and delivering exceptional service through Ingram Micro's cutting-edge Xvantage platform. Position Overview In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for resolving platform inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism-meeting and exceeding service level agreements (SLAs). You'll perform transactional functions, verify requests, and ensure data integrity while supporting internal teams and driving platform engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a tactful, solution-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends that drive business decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritize and work with urgency.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a related functional area.
  • OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a senior level.
  • You bring a solid understanding of business processes and are confident in applying your skills to a wide range of tasks.

  • Familiarity with Ingram Micro's programs, services, and the Xvantage platform is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to platform-related inquiries with precision and urgency, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Execute transactional tasks including order entry and request validation.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems and processes.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to increase platform usage and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Owners to turn opportunities into measurable outcomes.
  • Generate and analyze data quality reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Support team operations and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
