About The Position

As an Associate Sales Representative at Topcon Solutions, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience.
  • Technology: Technical aptitude in computers and software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs, propose effective solutions, and confidently handle objections.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients, understand their needs and pain points, and present tailored technology solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our construction technology solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales leads through our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients, addressing their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams to help enhance our offerings and address market needs.
