The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) will be expected to expand the sales of Integra products, convert accounts in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction and provide support to the aligned territory for all sales-related activities. Upon successful completion of duties, the ASR will assume territory responsibilities within a mutually agreed upon geography. Under generation direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Integra LifeSciences, procedures and guidelines, this position: Associate Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to ENT Physicians in an operating room, private practice, and/or ASC setting. This position requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology. This position will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Performs other duties assigned as needed

Requirements

  • An undergraduate bachelor’s degree required, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred
  • The ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment is required
  • This position requires significant amount of travel within assigned territory and/or region. A valid US driver's license is required
  • Ability to learn ENT space and the medical device field.
  • Employee must successfully complete and understand Company provided training programs
  • This position is designed to prepare incumbent for future Account Manager position, and therefore ability to relocate for future available Account Manager position is required (subject to standard recruitment process).
  • Must be open to relocation throught US.
  • Must have advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Documentation of successful sales performance is preferred
  • Experience covering large geographies preferred
  • Experience selling technical and disposable products preferred
  • Exempt position requiring the ability to establish effective work schedule that accommodates frequent disruptions to routines and flexible work hours in accomplishing objectives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease state, and therapeutic and institutional trends is preferred
