As Associate Manager, Inside Sales, you will lead, coach and develop a team that delivers exceptional experiences for our customers around North America. You will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Specialists whose primary responsibilities are engaging and educating customers, managing a pipeline at every stage of their purchase journey, and creating owners of Lucid vehicles. You will be responsible for driving the performance of key goals and you will work alongside and collaborate with others to execute strategy and deliver on Lucid priorities. This individual excels at driving operational efficiency and effective pipeline management, ensuring that every stage of the customer journey is seamlessly managed. The Associate Manager, Inside Sales, is committed to coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership throughout the sales process.
