Kinsley Group is ramping up for our SalesPath Rotational Development Program – Summer 2026, a structured 6-month program designed to build the next generation of commercial leaders in energy solutions. This is not a traditional entry-level sales role. Our Associate Sales Engineers complete an immersive, hands-on development experience designed specifically for outside sales — built for ambitious, technically minded professionals who want to build a long-term career in territory-based field sales. Because this is a field-based career path, candidates must be willing to relocate within Kinsley’s geographic territory as business needs and growth opportunities arise. Successful completion of SalesPath prepares you for placement into a full-time Industrial Sales Engineer or related sales role.
