About The Position

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing, innovative education company founded in 2009. We are headquartered in historic Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. Exclusive Sale Territory: Candidates must reside in Nashville. The territory includes Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi. Willingness to travel as needed to support deal progression and closure. Associate Sales Director will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with a high level of ownership
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-activity sales environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed for key opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and virtual engagement
  • Establish and maintain a structured outreach cadence across assigned account segments (S1–S5), including site-based calling where appropriate
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting in WorQSpace/CRM
  • Develop a strong understanding of QuaverEd curriculum to effectively communicate value to prospective and existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with school districts through consistent follow-up and consultative selling
  • Travel selectively to high-value accounts and key opportunities, with manager approval, to support deal progression and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute territory strategy
  • Execute multi-touch outreach strategies across accounts (call, email, and other channels)
  • Accurately log all activity in CRM by the end of each business day
