Student Sales and Business Development Position 📍 Location: Sandy, Utah (Hybrid) - You MUST be located in Utah to qualify for this role 💼 Department: Sales - Business Development 🕒 Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week, flexible with class schedules, required to come to office 2 days a week) Are you a student in your Junior or Senior year of a Sales, Business, or similar degree looking to gain real-world experience in selling for a leading AI and Software company? NiCE is seeking a motivated and passionate Student Sales Development Rep to join our Sales team—part of the overall CXone Portfolio and other related product lines. This is a unique opportunity to learn from other sales professionals who are leading the charge to put our product forward in various industries. We are looking for success minded individuals who want to join a winning team!

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and tackle tough challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities by leveraging our Target Account Framework to prospect new accounts within your territory.
  • Select specific personas within the ICP for NiCE customers, add them to our Sales Engagement software, and complete prospecting activities.
  • Complete activity and sales interactions that result in conversations with the right prospects.
  • Set and achieve weekly and monthly goals from coaching conversations with your manager.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our industry, products, and services.
