About The Position

As a Junior Reporting Analyst within the Preferred & Small Business Banking (PSBB) Operations team, you will support the development and maintenance of operational procedures and reporting processes. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their analytical and operational skills in a banking environment. You will assist in gathering and organizing data, updating documentation, and supporting routine reporting tasks that help ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

1+ years of related experience.
High school diploma required.
Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Entry level working with spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Entry level ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining routine operational reports and dashboards.
Support the documentation and review of procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Learn and apply regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations.
Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate potential issues or inconsistencies.
Use internal systems to research and verify customer or transaction data.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build knowledge of banking operations and reporting tools.
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures for data handling and reporting.
Provide general administrative and analytical support to the PSBB Operational Risk & Reporting team.
