About The Position

The Associate Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand performance across the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Tulsa markets . This role owns local marketing execution, market-level strategy, and performance optimization across paid media, local partnerships, grassroots marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives—while ensuring alignment with national brand standards and regional strategy. This position serves as the primary marketing partner to local General Managers and operations teams, translating corporate strategy into high-impact, market-specific execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, service business preferred
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and local market execution
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Experience partnering with operations and local leadership teams
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between DFW and Tulsa

  • Experience in home services, franchised, or multi-location businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM, call tracking, and marketing attribution tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing plans to drive lead volume, revenue, and market share
  • Adapt national campaigns to fit local market dynamics, seasonality, and competitive landscape
  • Own go-to-market planning for promotions, pricing initiatives, and new service launches
  • Manage market-level KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and revenue attribution
  • Analyze performance dashboards and reports to identify opportunities, risks, and optimizations
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to forecast demand and adjust spend based on performance
  • Oversee execution of local paid media (digital, search, social, radio, TV, mail)
  • Manage local SEO, listings, reviews, and reputation management initiatives
  • Lead grassroots and community marketing efforts (events, social, partnerships, sponsorships)
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison to branch leadership and operations teams
  • Collaborate closely with Call Center, Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics teams to improve conversion and retention
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are operationally aligned and executable
  • Manage assigned market budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
  • Work with approved vendors and agencies to execute campaigns and optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and financial controls
