About The Position

The Associate Recruiter position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Job Duties Responsible for critical administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Recruitment Consultants, developing timely, cost effective written and online communication solutions to reinforce Community Health Network's position as employee of choice in the communities that we serve to attract desired talent Partners with TA leaders and outside vendors to analyze the cost and scope of sourcing options to develop targeted candidate sourcing campaigns Will manage initial communications and screening of candidates for vacancies and build a candidate file, schedule candidate interviews and travel and assists Recruiters with Hiring Manager interview scheduling Processes references and background checks for new hires and facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding processes The Recruitment Coordinator is in involved in all phases of the recruitment process and will provide logistical and administrative support and track and report on process metrics to ensure an excellent candidate experience Provide research support and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activities. Requirements

  • One year of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Sales or similar field.
  • Ability to utilize sourcing tolls and advertise leadership opportunities in a manner that attracts target audience
  • Interpersonal skills and abilities that can translate into successfully and quickly gaining credibility and rapport with candidates and leadership
  • Strong customer service orientation with "can-do" attitude and a desire to create exceptional experiences
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with short time frames, to meet deadlines and to deliver service in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated writing skills, with ability to adhere to established writing standards and acute attention to detail and deadlines
  • Effective project management skills that ensure adherence to established budget, schedule, and review processes
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative during problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, communications, or related field preferred.
