About The Position

Prequel Solutions is a Pittsburgh-based workforce solutions firm focused on connecting exceptional talent with outstanding organizations across IT, engineering, manufacturing, and professional services. We are seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or another people-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Driven curious, and eager to learn within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and Qualify candidates aligned to client positions
• Manage the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.
• Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and company cultures.
• Draft and post job descriptions and conduct candidate outreach through professional networking channels.
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity within our applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to ensure excellent service to both candidates and clients.
