Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Quality Systems Specialist to join the Site Supplier Quality Team located in Everett, WA! This position will be supporting supplier Corrective Actions, data analytics, and communicating status updates across cross-functional teams and leadership. Selected candidates will have a strong background working in Quality, supporting Root Cause processes and understanding of supplier quality and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management
• More than 1 year of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
• Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar planning software
• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
• Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
