About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to join our team in Hialeah, FL. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status. Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization. Leads technical calls with suppliers Works in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer process Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization. Works to address non-conforming events Works with customers on RMA products and submits documents for MRB approval. Writes quality plans for customer products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or related field of study
• 2 - 4 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
• Experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
• Intermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
