About The Position

Harmoniq Residential is hiring an Associate Property Manager to join HUB13, a vibrant, resort-style community of approximately 300 apartment homes in Oak Creek. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, likes staying engaged throughout the day, and wants to grow into the operational side of property management while working closely with an experienced Property Manager and onsite team. If you are ready for your next step beyond leasing, or are an Associate Property Manager who wants more exposure without feeling unsupported, this role offers the right balance of responsibility, learning, and collaboration. About the schedule This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a typical schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Associate Property Manager partners closely with the Property Manager to ensure consistent onsite coverage. Occasional Saturday coverage may be needed, with time flexed during the following week. About HUB13 HUB13 is an active, high-energy residential community where no two days look the same. Daily activity includes tours, walk-ins, resident communication, vendor coordination, and onsite operations support. One of HUB13’s most unique features is its natural setting alongside protected wetlands. Walking paths, native plants, and wildlife create moments of calm throughout the day and make the property feel distinct from a typical apartment community.

Requirements

  • Experience in residential property management, leasing, and a customer-focused role where follow-through mattered
  • Comfort working in an active environment with frequent interaction
  • Interest in learning the operational and financial side of property management
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm, flexible, and positive throughout a busy day
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Property Manager to support daily operations
  • Assist with rent collection, resident accounts, and follow-up
  • Support basic financial tracking and routine reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Support leasing activities including tours, applications, and resident communication
  • Serve as a consistent, approachable point of contact for residents
  • Help resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Maintain organized records and support compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines
