About The Position

The Associate Project Manager is an integral part of our client-facing Project Management team. They will play a key role in ensuring correct and efficient running of localisation projects. They will be responsible for delivering against project budget, timelines and quality requirements, and act as point of contact with client stakeholders for day-to-day operational matters. As part of the Project Management team, the Associate Project Manager will support the full end-to-end project lifecycle, with help and oversight from senior project managers. Previous experience in project management, an acute sense of responsibility and excellent client-facing skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Project Management Execution: Manages standard localisation projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, quotes, budgets and workflow execution. Handles essential admin tasks and identifies risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Serves as day-to-day client contact (with senior PM support), provides updates, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Supports account initiatives, process improvements, forecasting and team knowledge sharing.
  • Operational Excellence: Delivers projects on time, on budget and to quality expectations. Produces reporting and post-mortems, ensures resources are briefed and equipped, and supports compliance and CAPA requirements.
  • People Development: Works under PM supervision while exercising independent judgment. Takes responsibility for professional growth and contributes to team knowledge exchange.
