The Partnerships Tech and Operations team is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Partnerships Tech and Operations team. The Partnerships Tech and Operations team provides oversight of and support for the Partnerships credit card programs. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined professional who excels in a team environment. The Role: As an Associate in Partnership Tech and Operations, you will be responsible for leading and executing key processes and projects supporting the broader Partnerships Tech and Ops organization. The associate will drive and deliver intent while maintaining the highest levels of well managed excellence. The associate will also be responsible for identifying process improvements and establishing well managed processes within their scope of role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Exhibit a proven track record of project/process management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • 3+ years of Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Work on small to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the company
  • Review processes and intent end-to-end, through the eye of the business, customers and other key stakeholders, and deliver well-managed products
  • Execute on intent / processes with a focus on documentation and audit readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand end to end processes and effectively drive results
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • In partnership with stakeholders and manager, prioritize intent with the most business value and deliver on them
  • Perform duties with an Operational Excellence mindset
  • Deliver our well-managed agenda with an eye toward continual process improvement and actively share learnings across the team
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
