General Summary: Participates in managing small-scale projects and specific project tasks throughout the real estate development lifecycle. The Associate Project Manager must understand the design and construction process in order to manage cost, schedule, risk, and quality. Works collaboratively with the Rockefeller Group team, consultants, contractors, tenants, clients, etc. to deliver projects on time and within budget. The Associate Project Manager must have the ability to travel as needed within the continental United States as projects may occur over a wide geographical region. In the construction phase of development, this position may be based full-time or part-time at the jobsite. Manages and resolves daily construction issues. Responds to project issues and emergencies as they occur, including nights and weekends, if necessary. Emergency after-hour site visits are required, as necessary. Communicates status, progress, and critical issues to Design and Construction Senior Management and other Rockefeller Group team members.
