About The Position

Likewize is searching for an Associate Project Manager to join our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you’ll be supporting our global ERP transformation by blending foundational project management responsibilities with ownership of change management activities across multiple functional workstreams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organized, and can influence stakeholders across global teams. As the Associate Project Manager, you’ll coordinate readiness activities, stand up and facilitate structured workstream routines, own certain RAID processes, and ensure that change impacts, training, and communications are well‑managed and aligned across the program. You will also lead preparation, coordination, and tracking for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or change management
  • Experience working cross-functionally at a global company
  • Experience in creating polished communications, presentations, and structured documentation
  • Some experience supporting large technology or ERP transformation programs
  • Some experience supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Ability to be a self-starter and resourceful in new or ambiguous settings
  • Strong skills in organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support collaboration with global teams across multiple times zones

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with organizational change management (OCM) frameworks such as ADKAR

Responsibilities

  • Stand up, coordinate, and maintain a Change Champion Network across regions and functions
  • Create, manage, and keep up to date a consolidated change impact assessment spanning all workstreams
  • Develop and maintain the overall communications plan and training strategy in partnership with workstream leads and SMEs
  • Drive organizational readiness checkpoints, ensuring risks are identified early and escalated appropriately
  • Partner with global process owners, SMEs, and functional leaders to promote awareness, adoption, and alignment for upcoming ERP‑related changes
  • Serve as the project manager for assigned workstreams, supporting the global alignment of scope, design decisions, and timelines
  • Stand up and facilitate regular internal project routines
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports for program leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage the RAID log for assigned workstreams, including identifying and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution, and documenting key decisions
  • Develop and maintain the UAT test strategy, UAT calendar, and tester rosters
  • Collaborate with functional SMEs to prepare UAT scenarios and ensure full coverage of end‑to-end business flows
  • Track the development and execution of test cases throughout UAT cycles
  • Monitor and escalate open defects/issues, and ensure proper documentation, triage, and resolution workflows are followed
  • Support UAT readiness, including environment validation, data preparation, and tester onboarding
