The Associate Program Manager is responsible for program planning, implementing, execution and supervising the on-site experience and staff members. The role involves direct communication with both internal and external staff, direct customer communication, management of seasonal staff, close attention to detail and an ability to make and support business decisions confidently. The Associate Program Manager is responsible for streamlining communication between program teams, staff, vendors, and clients. The position will report to a Program Manager. This is temporary-to-permanent opportunity. This role will begin as a four-month contract, with the potential for a full-time, permanent position based on performance and business needs.
