About the position
The position involves working with individuals with disabilities to help them achieve the highest level of responsibility and independence based on their unique interests, needs, skills, and abilities. The role requires collaboration with the Program Manager and may involve various tasks to support the program's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Working with people with disabilities to ensure they are functioning at their highest level of responsibility and independence.
- Assisting the Program Manager as needed within the program.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and problem solve effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
Benefits
- Full-time status at 40 hours per week.
- Schedule includes Mon-Fri 9a-5p combined with evening shifts from 2p-10p, with some weekends depending on program needs.
- On-call every 5 weeks.
- Starting wage of $19.50+/hr.
