We are seeking an Assistant Program Manager (APM) to support the Director of Programs in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple aerospace and defense programs from contract award through delivery. This is a growth-oriented, associate-level role ideal for someone with several years of project coordination or technical operations experience who’s ready to take the next step in program management. You’ll play a key role in bridging strategy and execution — ensuring schedules, deliverables, and communications are aligned across engineering design, manufacturing, supply chain, and contracts.
