About The Position

To support our growth, we are currently seeking an SBES Associate Program Manager for our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) division to lead and grow ICF’s energy efficiency programs in Georgia. You will help lead the development and management of our SBES energy efficiency program, build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement program strategies and plans. This position will need to effectively interface with staff and clients locally in Georgia. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 3+ years of experience developing designing and administering successful energy efficiency and demand reduction programs for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and/or regional non-profits and/or related experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Implement programs through detailed management plans, quality control, and evaluation processes
  • Supervise direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and marketing specialists (internal staff and subcontractors) to meet program goals
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships through in-person and virtual engagement
  • Assist with program forecasts, budgets, and goals
  • Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance program performance
  • Coordinate with regional and national teams to align strategies and share best practices
  • Oversee daily operations of program staff
  • Drive adoption of energy-efficient technologies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder relationships
  • Track progress and report results internally and to the client
  • Travel locally within Georgia up to 30% for client meetings, and program events
