About The Position

In your pivotal role as Associate Program Manager, you will assist in planning, coordinating and executing programs for the Ob-Gyn Department with some guidance. Your duties will include: • Creating and managing medical student clinical scheduling (daily schedules, didactics, orientation, etc.) • Proctoring medical school shelf exams • Arranging guest speaker travel accommodations and facilitating expense reimbursement for dept Grand Rounds • Facilitating CME credit validation for faculty/residents • Coordinating Faculty Shadowing events to allow learners from outside facilities to shadow Vanderbilt physicians • Serving as back up to the other education staff including the residency and fellowship program managers You will have a remote/hybrid work schedule. During your training/probationary period, you will be in the office 2-3 days/week, and the office is located at Vanderbilt Medical Center North in Nashville, TN. Following training, you will be in the office 1-2 days/week. You will work Monday-Friday traditional daytime business hours with occasional meetings or calls outside traditional business hours.
