About The Position

Associate Program Manager's provide each person supported with interactive training based on the developmental model, following individual plans and to assist the Program Manager in training, administering and supervising staff in the program. This position will be the associate manager for our Indianola and Des Moines Regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide interactive training based on the developmental model.
• Follow individual plans for each person supported.
• Assist the Program Manager in training staff.
