About The Position

The Associate Program Manager, Employee Experience supports the design, coordination, and ongoing enhancement of SanMar's onboarding, offboarding, internship, and employee recognition programs. This role is the primary facilitator of New Employee Orientation, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and connected from day one. The Associate Program Manager drives engagement, retention, and alignment with company values at every stage of the employee journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • 1-3 years of project management experience
  • Extremely well organized with a proven history in coordinating multi-element projects within multiple programs
  • Ability to accept criticism and perform with professionalism and accuracy under pressure
  • Ability to lead meetings, work independently, prioritize and handle multiple deadlines, and work independently or in a team environment
  • Highly collaborative approach that ensures all stakeholders input and engagement throughout the project. Attain necessary approvals to move projects to the next level.
  • Proven history of excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Guide the ongoing development and implementation of onboarding, offboarding, internship, and recognition programs.
  • Facilitate and support New Employee Orientation sessions, serving as a resource for new hires and helping ensure a positive, engaging introduction to SanMar.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of programs, including workflow, process documentation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination (HR, IT, Recruiting, department leaders).
  • Review program effectiveness based on data and feedback, provide recommendations, and implement improvements to strengthen employee experience and program outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate requirements including quality measures and quality assurance standards.
  • Analyze and present data to stakeholders over course of the program.
  • Act as key contact for cross-functional teams regarding systems, processes, and data related to the program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,170 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
