About The Position

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done. We are seeking a full-time Associate Program Manager (Contractor) to provide critical operational and executional support across Airtable’s Digital Programs portfolio. This role will act as a force multiplier for the team—owning day-to-day program operations so senior program managers can focus on strategy, experimentation, and scaling AI adoption. This contractor role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys operational ownership, and wants exposure to AI education, community, and customer enablement at scale.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
  • Excited by AI, education, and community—even if you’re early in your career
  • Experienced with program coordination, operations, or project support (SaaS experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage course uploads, updates, and LMS administration for Airtable Academy
  • Coordinate publishing workflows for the Airtable Effect, our Digital Programs monthly newsletter
  • Support rolling cohorts of the AI Incubator bootcamp program
  • Maintain the front-end experiences for Academy and Community, publishing page updates and updating promotions
  • Assist with post engagement, community moderation, and spam monitoring
  • Work with internal teams for coordinating and publishing program communications and announcements
  • Manage the inbox of our Digital Programs email alias and the routing of inbound requests
  • Oversee both our internal support channels and support ticket integrations related to digital programs
  • Coordinate advocacy workflows, including mission creation, contributor tracking, and swag fulfillment
  • Support external collaborators and program participants with operational needs
  • Maintain clean handoffs between Community, Marketing, Support, and Education teams
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics teams for basic reporting and data hygiene
  • Help track participation, engagement, and program health metrics
  • Support ad hoc analysis to inform program improvements and capacity planning
