About The Position

The Associate Program Analyst provides a broad range of business and administrative support services for the government agency. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Technology, Infrastructure & Engineering, Health, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Consulting, and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
  • Strong working knowledge of correspondence rules, policies and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of the principles and concepts of information governance to control a variety of internal and external correspondence at various stages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knowledge and ability to utilize appropriate grammatical skills at a professional level.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and coworkers, as well as a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to identify problems and to use sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion.

  • 5% - 10% of travel may be required
  • Associates degree and a minimum of three (3) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary office analyst for program data, including user facilities.
  • Provides analysis of client’s website and program briefing materials, combining technical content provided by the program managers with program data analysis.
  • Plans, schedules and conducts projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of work operations, especially with respect to program direction and travel priorities.
  • Prepares project papers, reports, organizes and delivers briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
  • Analyzes office and workforce trends, makes recommendations for improved operating efficiency, including developing standard operating procedures and best practices documentation.
  • Develops familiarity with financial assistance and lab funding activities, to evaluate processes and make recommendations for improved office operations.
  • Provides assistance with special projects related to interagency activities, including developing products for presentation to senior agency staff.
  • Provides assistance with budget data calls and analysis in relation to budget initiatives.
  • Provides administrative support for the front office, serving as primary executive assistant to Associate Director.
