The Rosen College of Hospitality Management (RCHM) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for a 12-month associate professor or professor and director of the School of Hospitality Leadership. This position is located at the newly renovated UCF Rosen College campus and has an anticipated start date in August 2026. This position reports to the Dean of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management and is responsible for the school’s academic programs (including curriculum), administration, faculty recruitment, planning, and financial affairs. The director acts as the school’s advocate to fulfill the missions of the school, college, and university, while also participating on the college’s Executive Committee. They will represent the school to students, faculty, administration, and the industry. They will lead the faculty in pursuit of grants and contracts as well as develop a flow of research from the school. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
